Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
relax.dev ("we", "us") builds websites, Discord and Telegram bots and automation systems. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, email, company, and the contents of your enquiry.
- Project data shared with us while we build or maintain your product, including credentials you choose to provide.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referrer, collected automatically when you use this site.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide the services you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and delivered products.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, consent (where required, e.g. non-essential cookies) and legal obligation.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — hosting, analytics, email and payment processors — and only as needed. Where those providers are outside your region, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as the working relationship lasts, plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymise them.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact security@relaxs.dev and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so please report concerns to security@relaxs.dev.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If you need contract terms tailored to your jurisdiction, have a qualified lawyer review it.
