Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to our website and to any bot, automation or hosted system we build or operate for you.

1. Prohibited activity

• Illegal activity, or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or evading platform rate limits.
• Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or threats of violence.
• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or unauthorised access attempts.
• Scraping or automating a third-party service in breach of its terms.
• Fraud, deceptive financial schemes, or misrepresenting an automated account as human where disclosure is required.

2. Platform rules

Bots we deliver must be operated in line with the Discord Developer Terms, Discord Community Guidelines, the Telegram Bot Terms and any other platform policy that applies. Platform bans caused by misuse are the operator's responsibility.

3. Security and integrity

Do not probe, scan or load-test systems you do not own without written permission, and do not interfere with other users' access.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend delivery, support or hosting for a system used in breach of this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting

Report abuse to security@relaxs.dev with as much detail as you can share.
